2. Your Chrome OS captures the entire screen and saves the screenshot as a file in your Downloads folder.

How to make a partial screenshot on your Chrome OS device

Ctrl + Shift + F5

1. Press and hold these three keys together: Ctrl, Shift, and F5.
2. With your mouse or trackpad, drag a rectangle, selecting the area of the screen to capture. Your Chrome OS device saves he screnshot as a file into your Downloads folder.
